Home Sweet Home was originally composed as my final project for the Intro to Composition class that I took during my first semester at ISU in Fall 2018. Written as a celebration of my home state, this piece takes the Texas State Song and turns it into a joyous, twangy southern dance with a few moments of reflection and longing.
